The normal way to make a video is a relay race between apps: record in one tool, export a huge file, import it into an editor, wait, export again. Step 1 — Record
Open the record page, pick your camera, mic and what to capture — whole screen, one window, or a single tab. Drop your webcam into a corner bubble if you want a face on it. Step 2 — Your recording is already in the editor
This is the whole point: when you stop, the clip lands on the timeline in the editor automatically. No export, no re-import, no second app. You're editing within a second of finishing the take.
Step 3 — Trim and tidy

Can I really record and edit in the same browser tab?
Yes. When you stop recording, the footage drops straight into the built-in timeline editor in the same browser. You never export a file and re-import it into a second program — it's one continuous flow.
Do I need to install any software?
